HAZEL BRYANNA

My confidence stems from self-appreciation. Being able to celebrate my own blessings makes me so grateful to be alive. Feelings one's own sense of purpose in the world is something that hopefully motivates all of us to enjoy the daily process. Whenever I'm feeling down and need a confidence boost, I focus on the simple positivities. For example, as a child I loved to beautify myself in the mirror (makeup and all!). Nowadays, I'm more likely to be working out, attending a reiki circle, or getting my nails done; anything to make myself feel special, without relying on others for reassurance.

Confidence in front of the camera is a completely different story. I believe many people have a natural presence in that aspect, however, most of us figure out our own tricks along the way. While my friends and family described me as photogenic, I was initially uncomfortable in front of the camera. The hardest thing for me was eye contact. Looking directly into the camera was a nightmare! However, my first topless experience allowed me to channel those emotions into a successful shoot. Although more exposed than usual, embracing my vulnerability allowed me to exude power and confidence. For eight hours straight, I paraded around in black body paint on my nude body, feeling like an exotic creature. As we wrapped for the music video shoot, my realization came full circle. There was nothing to hide from anymore. Being that my insecurities have subsided, I admit that I'm super into accentuating my butt and curves these days. Even while working out, I make sure to stay thick back there. ; )

By far, I am most comfortable in lingerie or a bikini. I could honestly wear a different bikini everyday and be happy with my wardrobe (which is why I'm planning to move to Miami this summer). In terms of memorable outfits, my runway attire for 2014 New York Fashion Week was probably the least natural. Everything was skin-tight and my high heels were unbearable. Luckily I was able to remain focused, though I almost tripped at the end of my walk! My favourite, more unique shoot included a scuba suit and Dolce & Gabbana heels.

One of the most challenging aspects of my work, but one that I'm grateful for is: The fact that I must always look my best. The motivation to maintain a sexy frame and overall appearance is constant in this industry; which can prove beneficial in terms of physical health, keeping up an exercise plan, etc.

I am very optimistic about the future, I plan on moving to Miami this summer and expanding my career in modeling/art; I am also a painter. So I will be producing some very new and fresh works of art. I plan to keep expanding my fan base and becoming the muse of many brands. The brand I'd love to work with most is Moschino.

The end of civilization will be caused by: A flood (it's the age of Aquarius).
